generic 5V 4-Channel Relay Module (opto-isolated)

Active-LOW input — pulling a pin to GND closes the relay, which surprises new users. Each relay coil pulls ~70 mA from 5V, four = 280 mA — Arduino USB rail can't drive all four hot, use external 5V.
